Where is charter pick up?
Captain Joe will pick you up by boat from the location of your choice. Service provided between Bagnell Dam and Mile Marker 19 and the Gravois Arm. Please inquire about availability outside of service area.
When does my charter begin? Can I go longer than scheduled time?
Unlike other charter services your charter time does not begin until Captain Joe arrives at your agreed upon pick-up location and time. Upon availability charters can be extended in increments of an hour at the agreed upon hourly rate.
How do you accept payment?
Payment is currently accepted by cash or Venmo (@Joe-Profaizer)
Are you licensed and insured?
Captain Joe is a licensed by the United States Coast Guard as a 25T Master Captain and fully insured for charters.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellations until 5 days before the booking start date. 50% refund for cancellations between 2-5 days before the booking start date. Cancellations within 2 days of the booking start date are non-refundable.
What happens if there is inclement weather
The weather at the Lake of the Ozarks is unpredictable. Often it is raining in one area of the lake while sunny in another. Should your Charter be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions prior to the start of the Charter, a refund of all fees paid will be offered.
